- Although booking in advance is highly recommended we are always on call from 08:00 – 23:00pm daily.
- Relax Spa Suite Bookings: Kindly arrive 15 min prior to your treatment time to change and relax before your treatment commences.
- Relax In-Room Spa Bookings: Your therapist will arrive 15 min before the schedule time to set up for your spa experience.
- Please alert your therapist of any medical conditions.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Please notify your therapist if running late as failure to do so will result in treatment time being reduced depending on remaining time.
- It is your discretion to add gratuity, which is recommended between 10 & 20%.
- Please note treatments done after 8pm incur a surcharge fee of R100 and treatments after 22:00 incur a surcharge of R200.
- Open daily from 09:00 – 20:00, 20:00 – 23:00 by appointment only.
